Kim Evans is an Official Assistant instructor for the ITKO, and is the financial Director for the ITKO. Mrs. Evans is a 2nd degree black belt and has been training in the art of Shotokan karate since 1987. She is also a Co-advisor for the ITKO Executive Committee.
